If for some reason an item arrives damaged, please do not immediately send it back. Sometimes the insurance wants you to take photos and put a claim by your postage company. We will work with you through this process. We take pride in our ability to source timeless pieces, and our team is dedicated to making sure that each item is authentic, high-quality and as described on our website. We strive for a hassle-free return policy that lets you return any item within 30 days for a full refund, but we need your cooperation as well.
