The Navajo tribe creates the most well-known and sought-after native jewelry on the market. Their tradition of jewelry making dates back to the 19th century when the Navajo began to work with silver acquired from Spaniards.
The earliest works were concho belts, bracelets, and necklaces, but eventually expanded to a full range of jewelry The bangle depicts a flower with a silver Rose centred. Each petal has a beautiful turquoise gemstone flanked by embossed petal veins.
They all have a beautiful natural spider web effects that is found in these beautiful gems in nature. The ring is also centred with a Turquoise stone on the top as well flanked with intricate rope design around the stone.
These items are of a lower silver grade than the western countries and are usually 800 parts. These pieces are very old and have had previous owners as is the case with vintage and antique items so you can see some wear in the items. They are in very good vintage condition. I don’t believe them to be a set but I have paired them together as I think they complement each other quite beautifully.
The bracelet measures 9.00 inches and can adjust up to a few inches larger. The rings measure sizes are European 21 and 22 and American sizes 11.5 and 12 approx. for the ring finger and middle fingers.
